My name is Heather Borderie – amazing husband, 2 children and a few pets.
For many years I have worked at Senior Management level within a variety of organisations.
This has given me a fantastic all-round view of how to run a profitable business.
I have undertaken an ILM qualifiaction in workplace coaching and I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I work and abide by their standards and ethics.
Their global code of ethics for coaches and mentors can be found here: EMCC Global Code of Ethics
In 2014 I undertook a qualification in HR Management gaining my CIPD Intermediate Certificate in HRM. This allows me to use the initials Assoc. CIPD after my name. However, my reason for wanting to qualify was in fact to rubber-stamp the years of HR practice that I have experienced.
Earlier in my career I was lucky enough to work with my hobby – horses in an administration capacity that made use of my admin/management/organisational skills. Whilst there I qualified as a horse riding instructor. I find it amazing that many of the skills that I have been lucky enough to acquire in the HR/Coaching field are completely transferable to this and so in a way everything has come full circle.
Currently I coach within the workplace. And have a few private clients too.
I undergo regular coaching supervision that helps to keep me on track, achieve my own goals and highlights lots of other interesting topics for discussion.
Get in touch if to discuss how we can start working together to deliver sustainable and measurable results in your business or organisation.
